Transportation
The Goreme Open-Air Museum is easily accessible from the town of Goreme. It's a pleasant walk of about 15-20 minutes from the town center. Alternatively, you can take a local dolmuş (shared minibus) from Goreme to the museum entrance. Dolmuşes are frequent and affordable. From other towns in Cappadocia, such as Ürgüp or Avanos, you can take a dolmuş to Goreme and then walk or take another dolmuş to the museum.

Open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:30 PM). Hours may vary seasonally.
Ticket Price
Approximately 150 Turkish Lira (TRY). Additional fee for the Dark Church.
